- Answer With mine they start over again whenever the clock turns over at midnight. If you change time zones you need to be sure to resync your watch to your app (phone or iPad)

- Answer I would say the blaze due to the replaceable wrist band. The band on my charge broke and that is how I ended up with the blaze. Best upgrade idea I could have made.

- Answer It tracks sleep, restlessness, and when you're awake, however it doesn't track quality of sleep such as when you enter REM or deep sleep.

- Answer As far as I know there is not a way to keep the screen on; however, I just rotate my wrist and it lights up.

- Answer I charge mine about 1 a week when it is almost dead, but it only takes about 20-25 minutes for a full charge. You can get by at least day on about a 3 minute charge.
