You just swipe across the screen. Like a smart phone. You tap on the screen to see different readings.

Set your app to All-Day Sync under Devices if you want it sync automatically. Else you can manually sync when you'd like.

No, the Fitbit Blaze does not use a toggle to connect to your computer.

No, the blaze does not. It is all bluetooth. If your laptom/computer is bluetooth compatible it will sync just like on your phone.

It doesn't come with one of those. It syncs automatically to the app and you can check everything on the wristband as well by swiping across.
