You can check online at fitbit.com They have a page that you can print out to see the wrist sizes. From small to Large.

I'm 6'2" 300lbs "big boned" the large fits me with 3 holes left

Shouldn't be an issue. I am a male with a medium/large wrist and there are plenty of notches available for much larger wrists.

I have a large wrist 8-81/2 and the large fits with room to spare
