Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is good for anyone's wrist. I'm a big man and it fits with mine with extra holes for an even bigger wrist. You can buy additional watch bands and the fitbit just snaps in fine. The face itself isn't too big, but it isn't dainty either.
