• It's Bluetooth only. Please Note: It does not come with that little receiver that enables Bluetooth for your computer like the Charge HR.

• Well this pairs to my phone and I also use it with music. At home we're always on our WiFi and check our stats via the computer so, I guess that would be a yes. You have to download the manual - as of course none comes with it.
