Yes, there is a charging device. You pop the tracker out of the band, put it in the charging device and either plug it into your computers' USB port, or into a wall adapter with a USB connection (not included--I use my iPhone wall adapter).

Yes it does come with the charger. I wondered the same thing also when I purchased it. I thought it was odd that it didn't list the contents on the box it came in.

Yes, it does come with the charger. Just be aware that you need to remove the tracker from the frame to put it in the charger

yes comes with a box so you can take the center part out of band and enclose it to charge via usb.
