• It will graph your heart rate to your iPhone when you finish your workout. It will show you a digital read out of your rate while exercising. This product will give you the total steps taken, miles reached, calories burned, steps climbed, active minutes of moderate activity once exercise has started. A great product. I use this product every single day.
