take it back to the retailer where you bought it, they should take care of problem, maybe place it!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Look at the YouTube videos for installing a new band and make sure your old band is properly attached. The original band has a one year warranty. Best Buy has nice replacement bands beginning at $30.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have replaced my original band with replacements. Fairly cheap and may resolve the issue you are having. The original tended to get dirty quick, but once replaced, I haven't had any issue with it coming off.

We contacted the company and since it was within the one year warranty period, they replaced it. Unfortunately, the replacement did the same thing and the company will only honor their warranty from the original purchase date. Same thing happened to a neighbor. Hope your charger 2 is within the warranty period. We'll be throwing ours out.
