• The Fitbit vibrates when a call or text comes through. You can read the texts on the tracker but u must use your phone for any follow up to calls or responding to texts

• The FitBit vibrates and when tou look at it, it either says Incoming call and the number caling or you can actually read the text.

• Set it up in the fitbit app. Tap your profile (your picture at the top left corner as of the latest app during this answer), tap your device, tap notifications. Then just tap the notifications you want which will be verified enabled by the slider turning green.

• I downloaded the Fitbit app to my phone. I think that is how it is done.
