Try plugging into your charger and hitting the button on the charging cable. It should be on the end that plugs into the electrical point. Hold the button down for about 5 seconds or so and you should get a fitbit logo. If that doesn't work, go to settings and scroll to restart device. Click on that, wait about 5 minutes and see if it syncs in your app. If not, contact fitbit on X/Twitter for more help.
