Hi,

Fitbit takes care of the time by itself. Just ensure, you have the correct timezone mapped in your account.

To log the exercise, go to exercise and choose the + button. It will let you choose the activity.

You have to download the app to your phone to fix the time and other features.

The time should sync up when you connect it to either your computer or to the phone FitBit app. As for monitoring your activities, you would do that thru the app as well. There is an exercise section where you can complete several different types of activity.

I just connect mine to my iPhone. (Let us sync) and it does it for me.

In order to access all of this stuff you have to download the fitbit app with is free and then sync your phone with your fitbit
