Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does when you sync your device. It tells you how long you actually slept and how restless you were during the night.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the Fitbit Charge HR does tell how many hours you actually sleep at night. That is one of the great features I love about the Fitbit Charge HR.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it does and it will tell you if you were tossing around all night or if you were in REM.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes but not on the device itself, (at least not yet). You just open the app on your phone and after it has done a sync it'll load in your sleep showing how many times you were restless, truly awake and how many hours total you were asleep. I've found it to be very accurate and often I'll compare to my wife's fitbit and they line up very closely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, but I find it bulky and hard to sleep with. It tells you total hours restless, time awake, and total sleep. It also graphs your sleep cycle, which is nice.
