• no. the only thing you can do is set an alarm for a specific time so if you really wanted to you could set alarms to remind you

• Not exactly, but yes. You can set up to 8 silent alarms (it will vibrate quite noticeably). I set mine for every couple hours to remind myself to drink water. I really like this feature, BUT I wish I could set more alarms or be able to set it to go off every hour from this time to this time.
