Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't experienced forearm or shoulder pain with this device. It's basically a wristwatch. If they don't cause you pain, this might not either.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.None for me

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Haven't noticed any problems as yet. I remove it to charge once a week. Also when swimming, showering or bathing. I follow the suggestion to wear it loose enough to move up and down. I also make sur the skin is dry under the band.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope! The only thing is if you lift with kettle bells sometimes the weight can cause the Fitbit to dig into your wrist if the weight is resting against the fitbit
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been wearing it for several weeks now and I only take it off to shower. It is lighter than a watch and causes me absolutely no pain anywhere.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not at all. It's very lightweight. Just don't wear it tight on your wrist. Remember you can always take it off.
