A:AnswerClamp the charger on both sides of the watch. Holding it, Jiggle it just a bit in the charger with the other hand until you can tell a connection has been made. You will see on the watch face that a connection has been made. The picture I included is the Smiley Face on the watch face “telling” me that the Fitbit is all charged up. This is used on my Fitbit Charge 4.
