You can sync wirelessly to your cell phone using Bluetooth.

You can sync wirelessly through Bluetooth on your phone or with the Bluetooth dongle (provided) that plugs in to your USB. I recommend you use the phone as then it will display caller ID and vibrates when you get a call.

Yes, install the Fitbit ap on your phone to sync with Bluetooth. A usb-dongle comes with the tracker to wirelessly import the data to your computer. I've had to turn off the phone Bluetooth when I import the data to my computer. Then I turn the phone Bluetooth back on for continuous update to my phone.
