The other answer is good too. I make sure I am using the silver/grey clasp. The clear plastic is a piece and breaks easily as well as it doesn't seem to clasp as well. I usually try to snap it in a few times before putting it on so that the new band holes get used to clasp.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I sometimes have this problem too. Try getting your fingers (thumb and forefinger) around band where snaps fit into holes and press your fingers together.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They do take some "breaking in" but will get easier to fasten after a bit of wear.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I find that when I change to a new band it is helpful to close the bracelet a few times, until it gets easier to get it closed. Then I try putting it on so I can close it over my wrist over my thumb where it is easier to push down and into the band below. It gets easier after you wear it for awhile so I leave it on as long as is convenient. After the band is broken in and you have worn it for awhile, then you will no longer have the problem. Hope that helps! I know I had the same frustration! But this should solve your problem. I also sometimes make the band looser by cutting off the extra holes that are not needed. That helps too! Be careful though and leave an extra one if your wrist swells in the summer heat!
