• no. You can only have one Fitbit per account, the account will let you replace old device with new device.

• No, You have to sync it via the fitbit app or via fitbit.com

• Yes! Just put the USB dongle in your computer, load the software (if you don't already have it) and connect it you your account. I just did this, and it was simple.
