• I have chronic obstructive sleep apnea, do not use a cpap machine and this helps me to know just how many times I am awake and restless and also shows me that when I am over tired I have more episodes of restlessness which is usually due to not breathing right. I love this product.

• The fit bit will monitor periods of restlessness at slee . The monitor should not impact pacemaker

• If you have not gotten him one yet, you should! This will fit in with his weight loss and exercise program, and adds motivation. This will be especially useful now when some time has passed and he may have lost some motivation.

• Best to consult your doctor and not trust any advice you get from here :-) The tracker uses Bluetooth only, so it should not interfere with a pacemaker, but talk to your doctor to confirm 100%. Hope this helps.
