How do I insert the tracker in the wrist band? null

Insert it with the flashing lights facing the viewing area of the band.

There is writing on the back that should always be up ( towards you) and the light bar always lines up with the display bar on the band.

Simply slip the narrow, slanted end in the top part of the wrist band. The lower round section will easily pop in

Turn the tracker upside down and locate the arrow. Put the arrow into the wrist band with the arrow pointing toward your wrist
