When you first get it, the holes are pretty tight and hard to work with, but after a week or two, it gets much easier to work with. I'd rather it be snug in the beginning since it loosens up over time. Otherwise it would end up falling off during vigorous activity.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is s little difficult at first. Take your time. I tend to slide the bands together and then pinch the clip together.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Seemed to work O K if it was fully inserted into the two hole part of the band before trying to put it on. The pin needs to fit into the cavity on the band if it is going to "lock in". The part of the band with the many holes should be on the "inside". When done this way, the metal does not stick out on either side of the bracelet. It does require a "loose" fit on the wrist rather than a snug fit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Took me about a week to master this. It is made to be snug so it doesn't come off easily. I put mine on upside down so the bones on my wrist provide a flat hard surface to press down on then turn it around. It's okay if it is just loose enough to do that. It won't come off and will still register everything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It was like that for me the first 2 times I wore it. After around 2 uses (putting it on twice and taking it off twice) it became much simpler. I think the holes stretch a little over time. Not enough to fall off but definitely enough to go on and off easily.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I find it a little difficult also, but by turning it around the other way I find it easier.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no problem snapping mine on by myself. Maybe you got a defective band. I would email Fitbit and explain the problem they might send you a new one. My husband didn't fit in the large band and they are sending him an XL one for free. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Get used to it, it is hard to do but eventually they will wear in. The HR has a more watch like closure. If you can afford that I would suggest stepping to the next model. I had the Flex, got the Charge and not want the Charge HR for the fact it just provides more.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You're right. It takes dogged determination and a helping hand to get the band on the first time. It does stretch out after wearing it for a while.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only way my wife was able to close it was to get a finger underneath. Problem is then it isn't tight
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
