My wife just wears it to bed and then can review how many sleep interruptions occur throughout the night. These interruptions indicate a disrupted sleep pattern.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Tracks how much you move during the night. Restlessness equates to lack of sound sleep I don't put much stock into this feature. There are much better devices designed to monitor sleep. This is a movement based tool for steps and sleep.

Please try again later.When you go to bed you set it to start tracking your sleep. when you wake up you add sleep log and it will tell you how you slept (minutes awake/restless, etc.).. I am not sure this is an accurate tool. There are nights that I feel I slept well and I am told I had restless sleep.

Please try again later.You have to use the app to record sleep, when you get in bed, you just hit a button that says begin sleep now and in the morning you hit it again to say I'm awake. Love seeing my sleep patterns each night, it shows when you are restless and/or awake throughout the night
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It tracks my sleep really well in my opinion. I have issues sleeping at night and it has helped to to identify that when I go to bed later then 11pm I tend to be way more restless then when I go to bed earlier.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it is based on your motion, and you need to take the screen multiple times in a row to turn on the sleep mode, then again to turn it off. Then, go to the app to see the results when you sync.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it tracks it very well however if you have a partner who moves alot in their sleep it may pick that up as well. My husband does not move a lot so I think it works well for me.
