• This Fitbit does not have a clock on the outside of it if that's why you are asking this question. It is actually the only Fitbit that doesn't have a clock.

• The time is based off of the phone or pc you are using to monitor the device. There is no way to view the time or steps on this device. You would have to upgrade to at least the Charge or Charge HR for those functions

• This teacker does not display the time. However, fitbit does have upgraded trackers that do. This one only displays a series of lights to indicate your progres

• you can manage the unit through your phone app, however the unit itself does not show time (unless you have the next model up). This unit only has 5 dots to show percentage of completed goal, 20% per dot.

• Once synced to your phone it will lock in the time and yes it can be standard time. It also has caller ID
