I have the fitbit flex wristband. How long does it take to charge. I have a fitbit. Charged on my computer and all the lights lit up and left it for a hour. When I put it in the wrist band, and walked, I did not see any lights blinking. How can I set up a report for my activity on my phone. I just don;t know how to use it.

You may have the battery in upside down. I've done that. When you put in the battery, just tap the Fit Bit to make sure you see lights, if not turn it around, if you still don't, it could be the battery. I did have to take one back because the battery didn't fit the band tight enough for it to be read. As far as seeing your report, you need to download the FitBit app on your phone. It will even let you know when your battery is low and needs recharging. If you're a visual person just look up Fit Bit on You Tube for videos to watch. It really is pretty simple to set up.

Go to the App Store and download the app for your phone. It will sync to it. There is also a website that shows and explains everything. Just search for the site.

I charged mine on my computer for an hour the first time as well. Now I use my iPhone charger. The Lights do not blink but tracks my activity. When I check me activity on the iPhone app it shows how much battery life is left.

When I plug my Fitbit Flex in to charge, it doesn't take long at all. I charged mine last night in about 30-45 minutes. It probably really didn't take that long. I was also watching TV at the time. You won't see any lights blinking while you walk. However, if you double tap on it, it will show you how far you are to achieving your step goal for the day. If your step goal is 10,000/day and you are at 2,000 steps, when you double tap, 2 lights will appear. I don't know what phone you have, but you need to download the Fitbit app. Then sync it up.

If you have a smart phone. Download the "Fitbit" app. And choose "Set Up a New Device". It will tell you how to set it up. It's fairly simple....Your phone connects to the device through the bluetooth, so whenever you turn that on near your device, it will give you the details on your phone....I haven't paid close attention to how long the Flex takes to charge but I don't think it's too long. Just wait until all 5 lights are lit up. It should last about 5 days before you have to charge it again. The lights only blink when you double tap the device.....Good luck!

Perhaps your fitbit went into sleep mode. If you tap it around 5 times, it will put it in or out of sleep mode. If its awake you can tap it twice and it will give you a notification on how far you are from your goal by the number of dots flashing. If you have a smart phone, you can download the fitbit app to see all you daily and weekly stat counts.

Go to App Store, search Fitbit, then download app. Use the little pod or whatever it's called that came with your fitbit, plug into USB port on your computer and it will sync with your Fitbit. Follow the instructions and then it will sync with iPhone or when you are near the computer.

It may take the Fitbit up to three hours to fully charge. The five indicator lights will blink when the charge is complete. If the item is not functioning properly there are several options to consider. You may try using a different USB port or restart the tracker. Also, since it is recommended that USB hubs not be used for charging the item, you may try an alternative way of charging your item if you were using one.
