If the retailer where you bought it does not honor your purchase or offer to get you a charger, email Fitbit corporate HQ, with the serial number on your box. You can maybe find a replacement charger at any 3rd party retailer but i would not recommend it. Pester Fitbit.
A:AnswerYes the app will work on the iPad. The Fitbit app is optimized for a phone but will work fine minus the GPS tracking, unless you’re hauling your iPad around with you on a walk, run, etc., assuming you wanted to use that feature.
