Q: QuestionDoes this fit bit show a scale of your heart rate. Like when it’s high heart rate and it drops to low heart rate. If so is it possible to be able to share With my doctor. Like the photo I shared.

• A:Answer I've left my phone at home, when I went to work. Mine worked just fine. I work more than 15 miles from my home. At night when I went to look at my phone, as I always do, all the info. was there. So in my opinion, it works just fine without the phone.
