- Answer Hi Jane. You’ll need a phone to download the app to get started. BUT.. You don’t need your phone with you all the time to use it, it displays all the data on the watch. No need for a subscription either.

- Answer Yes! Not sure if you found this yet but go to the app, select the battery percentage in the upper left corner, select the Inspire 3, select Notifications, and then choose each section you want to turn off/on.

Inspire 3 will count steps whether you wear it on the wrist or in a clip, but to get the most accurate data, it is best to change mode from on the wrist to on the body, and vice versa, depending on how you are wearing it. - Answer It does when I walk. I really like mine. Reason i bought was to keep up with my heart rate. Had a A Fib attack a month so to monitor so i know when it happens.
