Q: Questioncan you disable the bluetooth on this model. can you turn it off so it will not auto connect with other devices. can you turn off notifications, auto sync, and all things that transmit data?

• A:Answer Hi, the fit bit HR comes with a charging cable with a USB end that goes right into your computer tower or wherever your usb ports are. Put the watch in to the connector and then you follow the screen for instructions. I have windows 10, it was really easy. Everytime you put the watch on the connector it will synch data from it and display it on your account ( you need to set up account with your email and a password) you will see everything, including your sleep.
