A:AnswerNo it doesn’t. I mainly got it for the stress notification and the recovery of my body. As a manager sometimes I don’t notice when I’m stressing out or heart rate is evaluating, so the the sense actually vibrates when it feels you’re stressing and it makes you take a calm test or deep breaths. I’m also a gym person and I can overwork myself with physical labor at work and going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week. The sense lets you know if your body is ready for a light, moderate, or heavy workout, so it eliminates the chances of injury in f yourself or getting sick. Of course the sleep tracker is still apart of it, but I love the figure for diabetic people. I got my mother in law one so that while she’s out she can see her blood sugar levels or even around the house.
