Thanks for the inquiry. Unfortunately, the Sense 2 is not equipped with any fall detection. The watch does offer various health and fitness features, including sleep tracking and heart rate monitoring. SpO2 levels are primarily tracked during sleep and it will give you a reading in the morning.
