• A:Answer After 3 days of continuous nighttime wear, it collects your oxygen average of when you sleep and it displays that. But it does not monitor and update throughout the day. Only updates after each sleep cycle. There is an app that it needs to function as well, called SpO2. It can be found in the apps when initially setting Fitbit up.

• A:Answer BlueGirl, In regards to "heat" causing screen cracks, I haven't experienced that problem after 8 months of use. However the heat seems to have damaged it internally where it no longer charges.

• A:Answer Some apps require subscriptions but others are free. The ones that come with the fitbit are free except for the EKG monitor one. That one you have to pay $9.99 a month. Or it won't work at all.

• A:Answer I have synced mine with the Fitbit app on my phone. As a matter of fact it it is recommended to get the best stats. However, the watch has its on GPS and you should be able to use it without syncing, once you have set it up. I am not sure if you need to sync in order to set it up for the first timr.
