• Yes, you can set it to military time in the settings from a comp, lap top or smart phone.

• No the current versions of the surge do not have military time, but hopefully new versions will.

• Yes the watch can be set to display military time. Via the fit bit app.

• My surge does not have military time. You may be possible to set the time to military in the settings
