Excellent for cycling. Takes about two minutes-at times for gps to kick in. Very accurate as compared with my odometer. All you referenced is supported.

It does keep track of the time riding , distance ,heart rate and calories. It does follow the times you spend on the zones and compared to the competition specifically the Jawbone it's accurate.
