Yes women can wear it, I got one for my boyfriend for his birthday and loved his so I asked for one for my birthday. We both love them and as I have never had a problem with mine. He has twice broke the band on his and both times they sent him a brand new replacement! When I say they sent him a replacement they sent the entire product not just the band (they don't supply replacement parts, so they send the entire Surge Fitbit Replacement) I love the Fitbit Surge!

No, it's for everyone. I have the surge and my wife has the next one down from me, but I have seen women who wear the surges as well. Basically it's your preference on which one you want.

Definitely! I would recommend the smaller option though. I'm a male and wear the smaller version. I'm average height with a slim build but it works just fine. Large would be too big on me. The packaging has a handy measurement tool on the side.
