In your device profile you need to set the time zone you are in for it to tell local time, I spent a trip last year in Thailand without it and the fit bit was on Pacific time the entire trip.

Please try again later.The time is changed and set on the web page where your setting are stored or if you use your phone, you can address the settings there on the app. The charger is USB on one end and Fitbits propriety connection on the other. That is the only way to connect and charge it as far as I know.
