• No. One can see the Caller ID and read texts, but one cannot either answer the call or respond to the text from the watch.

• No - but it can be convenient to know whether you need to fish out your phone to respond. Note that having this feature turned on will drain the wearable's battery quicker.

• No you can not answer phone calls or text on the Surge. It only alerts you of the incoming call.
