Hi, there. Fitbit stopped supporting syncing with the Fitbit Connect app on PCs and Macs on October 13, 2022. Fitbit online Dashboard login is also no longer available. To set up and use the Fitbit Versa 4, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible device running on Apple iOS 15 and higher or Android 10 and higher.
