If you are looking at this watch as the Android version of the iWatch with a connectivity to your Android phone, it depends on whether you use 3rd party apps which may not be supported on Google but the basic functions of what you are wearing the smartwatch for will still function. You will need to switch /merge your Fitbit account to a Google account to continue those functions. The Versa 4 is the last Fitbit smartwatch and after this to upgrade you will have to wait for the upcoming Google smartwatches if using Android Phones is your main stay.

If you have a Fitbit account, you can move it to your Google Account or continue to use your existing Fitbit devices and services with your Fitbit account for as long as it's supported. Support of Fitbit accounts will continue until at least 2025. After that, a Google Account will be required to use Fitbit.
