“Where do I find the ECG on my Fitbit Versa 4? Listed features say that this is one of the capabilities, but I can't find how to get to it. Just purchased yesterday and need this feature.”

It is not on the Versa 4 you need to buy a Sense 2.

I can see the heart rate readings. That may be the same as the ECG.
