• A:Answer you need to download the Fitbit app to your phone, then Sync your phone. I have an Android phone and have not had any problems with the app.

Before you begin using your Fitbit device, you must connect it to your Fitbit account with a phone, tablet, or computer. Connecting your device allows it to transfer (or sync) data back and forth with Fitbit. Your data syncs to your Fitbit account, which is where you can see your stats, analyze historical trends, set goals, log food and water, connect with friends, and more.

• A:Answer Yes, I think it can. I only have the regular service because it is free, but you can purchase a "premium" service and I think the GPS is a part of that

To get the sleep stages graph, just wear it to bed and,in the morning, open your Fitbit app on your phone, give it a little time to sync up with your watch and then push the sleep icon button.If,when you go to bed, you push the button in the app on your phone telling it that you are going to sleep, it will not give you the graph. That is only to be used when you don’t have your Fitbit on you.
