• A:Answer Make sure your phones Bluetooth is on, in fiitbit app under settings then notifications make sure its slid over and is blue on everything. On the watch hit the side button and make sure your not on not disturb.

• A:Answer You can order other bands. The bands for versa and versa light are interchangeable. We ordered metal bands from Amazon because we break out from the silicone ones in the heat.

• A:Answer It usually stays charged for 2-3 days depending on how many things you are using it for. I have had my Versa for over a year Give fit bit a call it should be under warranty. And no you can’t get a new battery. We had to replace my husbands versa after 2 years but he liked it so well we got him the versa lite recently
