• A:Answer Mine did not break, I just wanted a different band. I had to watch a YouTube video to follow the instructions. It is not hard to replace just have to make sure that the pin is inserted and adjusted correctly.

Q: QuestionI just got versa 2 and it doesn’t notify me when I am getting a call unless the volume on my phone is on. Is this normal or is there a way to fix it?

• A:Answer You must check your Veras and the set up. I cannot use my phone at work and I always have my iPhone In silent and night mode, and my versas still vibrate when I get a call.
