You open the Fitbit app on your phone. Select your Fitbit Versa or Ionic in the top left corner. Select wallet then added your card. If it's from a supported bank it will add it to your watch.

I bank with US Bank and it required me to call them to verify with them that I wanted it added.

Once added you hold the left button on the watch itself, enter your four digit security code you created and then scan the watch at the NFC section of the card reader at the store.

I have only used it one time, worked very easily, the store took apple pay I just swiped my watch and was out the door in a few minutes. You are limited to the Credit card providers you can install.

You can pay at any Tap and Pay location once you've hooked your payment method up. It's wonderful!

Yes. You sign up for the Fitbit wallet service and it works just like Apple Pay.
