Q: QuestionHackedCan this device be able to get hacked into?
Asked by JJ.
This question was asked about the related product: Fitbit - Zip Wireless Activity Tracker - Magenta
- A:Answer I do not have a clue. It is an app that is loaded on your smartphone and/or pc. So if someone can hack those devices - I guess they can hack this???? And really I would not think that any of this info is of any value to anyone to make them want to hack it!!!

Q: QuestionDoes it track Aerobic ActivitySay if i do an hour of taebo, will it track how many calories I burned?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes but not quite the same way as walking but the difference should be negligible. The accuracy is not 100% and as a whole the tracker will record activity based on your overall movements (just as if you were taking strides like a pedometer). The Fitbit should give you a general response of activity.
