Q: QuestionWhy doesn't the TV come with wall mounting hardware?? I was surprised to find out that the TV, an XBR-65X930 does not come with any wall mounting hardware or description on how to do it. Does SONY want you to leave it to the 'Professionals"? Why?

Q: QuestionI purchased the 65-inch 930D and wanted to mount it on a vertical stand, not the wall. I cannot locate any of the VESA compliant mounting holes on the back of the TV, and my (not SONY) mounting brackets appear to be too long for the TV. What can I do?

• A:Answer This is for questioning other customers and not BestBuy staff. You should call them. That said, I did but this unit for the 65" 930 TV and it was worth the extra money and time it took to receive. It works much better than the generic mounts. I mounted on a brick fireplace.
