• FixMeStick will remove the randsomware trojan itself so it cannot encrypt any more of your photos or files (if it has already), but unfortunately you have limited options to get back your encrypted files.

• This product is a virus removal tool. On my older XP computer it listed many non virus type files in the report. I could choose to quarantine them if I wanted. In Window 10 it found only virus’. I don’t know what it would do with encrypted files, but I would assume you could delete any of your files you have rights to edit on your computer.
