Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem w/ a black screen and the Fixme stick logo. Go to support.fixmestick.com, click on fixmestick support. Choose the appropriate "getting started troubleshooting" link for your laptop. Near the bottom of the list are options for being stuck on different screens or frozen. This will walk you through the process.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. I had to take it out the first time because it was shutting down my computer. I looked it up on Utube to see how to get it working. I just followed what Utube instructed and it worked. Hope it helps you too.
