• The cost in my experience is. Trying to use a machine that isn't fixed. The stick will maybe tell you it fixed something. Mine did. Save the money and find a real computer repair place. Sorry best buy I am an elite member for 10+ years. Don't use geek squad if you have a real problem. They are not trained handle anything more than simple backups and retrievals of data.
