Definitely. I've been using them for years and have never had an issue with them coming off. Just make sure you match the mount with the curve of the helmet, depending on where you're putting it. Get the entire surface of the mount tight against your helmet.

I’ve been using gopros for about 3 years now during riding season on my helmet and motorcyle and have yet to run into an issue. If you are worried that much they offer accidental coverage for gopros since they know people use them in all types of sports and activities to give you piece of mind. Just gotta spend a little extra on top of the camera.
