• Yes That is what I have in it. the clips adjust to fit many sizes. the clips are on an elastic so it is not fixed sizes.

• Yes it do.It stretch out to 10". I think you can get a 8" too in there and its a nice fit, I had a sales person try a 9.7 tab in the case before I brought it and it fit.
